    Verdict

A tricky opener and last month's C&D winner KENYAN CAT is no more than a tentative selection in the belief that she's probably capable of a little more improvement now she's got her head back in front. One Scoop Or Two finished behind course specialist Granny McPhee over C&D in early May but the positions were reversed behind Beaumont's Party on slower ground here next time and Reg Hollinshead's charge was second at Carlisle on his latest start. Rosbay is back on a decent mark but Danderek and Osgood have a bit to prove after poor runs last time.
