Verdict

A small but competitive field goes to post for this contest and the main protagonists look to be Bollin Franny, Spoof Master and Vale of Belvoir and the tentative vote is given to Bollin Franny. The selection won well last time out when beating Ronnie Howe and he remains on a fair mark. He does not have the best of the draw but he looks the one to be on. Spoof Master rates the main danger on his best form but he disappointed for no apparent reason last time so can not be put forward with any confidence, especially under his big weight. Vale of Belvoir is another that could go well as he also won last time out when beating La Vecchia Scuola but that was a poor race and he will need to improve if he is to score. Frisky Talk is another last time out winner that could go well as he beat Abbey Road, he has the plot draw and he should be noted in the market. This is a trappy affair and stakes should be kept to a minimum and for the winner we return to Bollin Franny.
