Verdict

TIME CONTROL is taken to see off Tamdiid and Ghizlaan. The Luca Cumani filly has proved a little expensive to follow but she was backed without question of defeat at Newmarket last time so we can only presume that she's shown enough at home to make her worthwhile weighing in on. Tamdiid was an expensive purchase by Clive Brittain's standards. That said, his maidens have been running particularly well in recent weeks so it would be no surprise to see her give a good account gvien the booking of Seb Sanders. That didn't look a particularly strong maiden that Ghizlaan was turned over in at Pontefract and she needs to have improved since. Hamalka may have needed her first run for six months but her previous entries suggest that she isn't anything out of the ordinary. Chatannoogachoochoo qualifies for handicaps after this and will make appeal at that stage. Fleetwood Flame faces a baptism of fire on introduction. Time Control ticks the right boxes and is in receipt of our nomination.
