In depth

Verdict

ALKHAWANEEJ BOY hasn’t raced for just over a year but Kevin Ryan looks to have found him a good opportunity on his reappearance. He beat subsequent winners over six lengths in testing going at Leicester when last in action and is the one to beat if retaining his ability. Today’s opposition is only modest to say the least including Qallaab, well beaten when placed at Kempton last time, so the newcomer Blame It On Me will not need to be anything special to get involved.
