In depth

Verdict

Master Appeal doubled his winning tally when stepped up to 2m5f at Tramore but has to go further this time with a 5lb rise to contend with. Ocean Glandore has won both times the last twice he's tackled this trip over hurdles and though 7lb higher Kevin Darcy's claim can help him reach a place again. However, a line of form through Na Trachtalai Abu, who has been narrowly beaten by both he and OUR SOX (NAP) recently plus just touching off Best Value at Limerick, gives a clear edge to Tony Martin's charge, who was nowhere near his best on much softer ground at Galway. Point Of Rescue is held by Ocean Glandore on their run at Roscommon a month ago though the quicker ground is in his favour.
