In depth

Verdict

Bombadero would have a chance second to none on his close second to Monksland at Navan in December but he's come nowhere near that kind of form subsequently. Jack The Pirate has some strong form in similar company though he disappointed when favourite at Navan in February and has been given a break. SPECIAL TIARA was well beaten when runner-up between the flags in November but made a very bright start over hurdles when making Moyaliff pull out all the stops and with further progress likely he should gain his first success. Waterloo Sunrise was beaten 19l on his hurdling debut at Listowel earlier this month and will need to raise his game to get involved but Tristram Shandy has shown plenty of promise in three starts and looks a threat.
