      Verdict

TOUGH LADY weakened close home over 6f on her debut at Hamilton, having shown plenty of early speed, so should be suited by today's drop in distance. She'll know more today and gets the vote. Shrimpton improved on a modest debut when fourth at Leicester but Prince Regal, a close-up third on his introduction at Lingfield, probably has more scope. Sandsend hinted at ability over 6f here last month but Paul Hanagan prefers stablemate and newcomer Flyman, a half-brother to six winners including several sprinters
