Verdict

Aidan O'Brien has won this five times in ten years and is triple-handed here. Joseph has chosen TAPESTRY, a daughter of Galileo out of Rumplestiltskin, who won this in 2005. She looked a bit special when quickening past Chroussa here last month and though the runner-up hardly enhanced the form at Ascot that didn't look her true form. Perhaps had beaten Chroussa narrowly at Leopardstown earlier and didn't do her reputation any harm when runner-up to stablemate Wonderfully in a Group 3 back there a couple of weeks later. Avenue Gabriel was just behind in that latter event and looks held and though the remainder will need to improve none should be ruled out of what should prove an informative contest.
