In depth

Verdict

Jim Bolger has won this three times in the past five years and Teoirim should be better suited by today's faster going as she's been showing good pace on much softer ground. She had Delight behind when a close third to a David Wachman-trained pair at Naas and though Aidan O'Brien's filly should do better she has plenty of ground to make up. Wachman is represented here by the speedily-bred pair How Splendid and Royal Empress with preference just for the former but a chance is taken with HIGHEST PRAISE, a daughter of Acclamation out of a mare who won over 7f as a two-year-old.
