        Verdict

        Andrew Balding has his string going along splendidly and OPERA GAL can be another one for the yard here. A pleasing fourth at Epsom on her return to action, this highly consistent filly will come on for the outing and should be spot-on now. She can concede weight to useful rivals in an attractive contest. Babycakes is especially interesting after going close first time up this term, beaten by a potentially useful sort at Yarmouth. She looks just the sort to progress throughout the season and should be on the premises. Sparkling Smile should be kept on the right side after blowing away the cobwebs at Ascot, as should Aktia and the unexposed Kristalette.
