Verdict

Great White Shark was quite impressive in a soft-ground maiden over 1m2f here last time. That was only her second start so there should be more to come, though there is a slight stamina doubt over this trip on breeding. William Buick could enjoy a profitable afternoon on Town Moor and KEY BID is fancied to get Godolphin’s number one jockey off to a winning start given it was also soft going when he won his maiden at Thirsk in May. Our Boy isn’t the most consistent but Mister Belvedere would have a chance on his best form. Wefait was beaten a long way off this mark last time at Newbury.
