Several trainers are mob-handed in this valuable sales race in which there is significant prize money down to sixth place. Jockey bookings would suggest that the fast-improving Leontes is the pick of Andrew Balding's quartet. Stormy Clouds looks the best of Richard Hannon's four runners as she beat Rusumaat in a similar contest at York last month, though she has another half-furlong to cover on a stiffer track. Mubtasim missed the break when behind Global Applause in the Gimcrack and may well reverse that form today with the latter, who has been on the go since early May. Bamber Bridge and Balgair were impressive debut winners and could be anything while Mutawakked looked more the finished article when scoring at Newbury. MAZYOUN is held in high regard and should have won at Newmarket last month. Cheekpieces are fitted today to keep his mind on the job and the Middle Park entry can finally come good.
