Sadeek, Shotley Mac and Memphis Man catch the eye here with SHOTLEY MAC the selection. Shotley Mac is on the upgrade and is now on a career high mark, but he is chasing a hat-trick after two wins over this trip at Catterick. He likes the ground, and is only three pounds higher than his last win despite a six pound penalty, and looks usre to run well. Sadeek returned to winning form last time after a disappointing downward tumble in the ratings. He has not run for five months however, and he is better on a quicker surface, although he won on soft ground on his racecourse debut. Memphis Man is another on a career high mark and he reverts to turf after a modest effort on the all-weather. He is very consistent however, and he can hit the frame, though this trip may stretch his stamina. Shotley Mac is in the form of his life and can complete the hat-trick. (John Temple)
