Verdict

Viens Chercher had only two rivals when making all over a shorter trip at Market Rasen and the form looks suspect. Cusheen Bridge has been raised 7lb for winning at Market Rasen and seems to run his best races there. Crosspark has been harshly raised a pound for a 16-length defeat at Uttoxeter but should strip fitter here and is preferred to Drumlee Lad who was given a good ride to score at Sedgefield where the leaders went off too quick. Fionn Mac Cul makes his chasing bow and has his first run since February but has always looked a chaser in the making, as has Bigpipenotobacee. Ludlow winner I'dliketheoption, successful on this card 12 months ago, may find the going too testing this time so we'll take a chance on GOLD PRESENT, who won't mind the ground and could be well treated on his first try over fences.
