Verdict

Best Legend has been sent across the water for his two most recent runs, scoring at Catterick before a fine run behind Dancing Art at Newcastle. He's only had three starts over fences and there should be more to come. FEVER PITCH came in for sustained support at Tramore last month despite showing little on his previous four starts over fences. He justified the optimism with a comfortable victory and though 9lb higher he looks better than this handicap mark and can score again. Askanna has been a fine servant and has won half of her 14 starts under Rules as well as two point-to-points. She looked in cracking form when landing a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse and connections can't be too dismayed with a mark of 135 on her handicap debut. Dantes King scored over the C&D in March and wasn't disgraced in a much better race at Fairyhouse subsequently.
