In depth

Verdict

Vivacious Vivienne is comfortably the pick on official ratings and won on her only start on Polytrack. However, her close second to Fame And Glory over 1m6f at Leopardstown last May suggests she will find this much too short and she's been aimed at Lingfield's Winter Derby in three weeks. Banna Boirche and Moran Gra have both had four runs in Dubai and will be fit enough but this looks another for ELUSIVE RIDGE. Harry Rogers' charge has been in superb form in handicaps around here and though taking on better rivals he's in such good heart that a four-timer beckons. The veteran Duff can never be left out of calculations though he was a long way behind the selection last time.
