Smart Stinger generally runs over further but made a very bold bid to make all over this trip last week when caught close home by Amanaat with Ken's Sam's back in sixth. Andy Slattery's charge looks certain to go well but this looks a good opportunity for SNOW PATCH. A winner from a much higher mark here a year ago, she returned after a break with a fine run behind Danz Gift last month and has the scope to go one better. Ar Saoirse was only half-a-length behind in that latter event but had every chance while Joules, Lapilli and Gala N Dandy were well beaten. Mercury is better over an extra furlong and was beaten over eight lengths when runner-up last month.
