In depth

Verdict

JAWHARY was probably unfortunate not to make a winning debut over fences when stumbling on landing and unseating his rider at Uttoxeter. He followed that by landing a handicap over timber at Towcester and can make amends for that earlier mishap here. Full Ov Beans carries a penalty for last week's Worcester success but his rider's claim is a bonus and he's still on a reasonable mark. Sawago was in excellent form at the backend of last year but has been beaten a long way on his last two starts so it's Vinnes Friend who can prove the main threat though she'll need to brush up her jumping.
