Verdict

BELMOUNT ran a fine race in a valuable handicap chase at Uttoxeter last time, prior to which he performed equally well in a competitive Cheltenham chase when runner-up to Upswing. This looks a slightly easier assignment and he can go well off an unchanged mark and notch a deserved success. Tinker Time doesn't always look the most straightforward of characters but he'd be a danger on a going day off a fair mark whilst Abracadabra Sivola appeals most of the Pipe pair and is not discounted off topweight. Fort Worth has place claims but Super Scorpion appeals as the main danger after a pleasing success over course and distance last time for which he's been raised a somewhat harsh 8lb.
