    Verdict

Akdam has already had eight starts over timber but has won twice, though both times on faster ground than he'll encounter today. IVANHOE was less than three lengths behind Saturday's shock Cheltenham winner Ballyglasheen on his debut at Ludlow, though was receiving a stone. He handled soft and heavy ground on the Flat and can land this getting plenty of weight from Akdam and 7lb from last month's Hexham scorer Forced Family Fun, who unseated his rider at the first when odds-on at Catterick 12 days ago. Seaside Rock has been well beaten in both starts.
