Verdict

Alf 'n' Dor appeared to show improved form at Warwick on Wednesday but is a lot more exposed than his rivals. Sartene's Son appeared to go wrong when pulled up over hurdles at Huntingdon earlier this month so it’s surprise to see him turned out again relatively quickly. Cropley is 15lb higher than when winning at Worcester while Gone Platinum hasn’t won since taking a Kilbeggan bumper four years ago. ACTION REPLAY unseated his rider on his chasing bow at Wincanton in November but that was a much better race than this. Lightly raced over hurdles, he still has plenty of scope and might be a bit better than these. Broom Tip and No Dice are best watched at present.
