In depth

Verdict

Napoleon Dynamite gets the vote over Nordic Light, Stir Crazy, Charlotte Grey and Twitch Hill to name but a few. Napoleon Dynamite ended last term with a string of seconds, but was not beaten far on each of his last three attempts, and as he goes on fast ground and again races over his favourite trip, is selected to bounce back and put matters right. Nordic Light was hard ridden to score at Wolverhampton recently, and although he can be fancied to go well again, his penalty is a negative, but he should at least hold Charlotte Grey on that form. Stir Crazy, a confirmed front-runner, will be all the better for this first outing since November, while Twitch Hill starts handicap life on what could be a fair mark, but is another best watched on this return to the fray. The market needs to be noted for the remainder, but Napoleon Dynamite is the pick.
