        Verdict

        Zazous not only has the best form, but a cracking draw as well, so gets the vote over Mambazo, with Mina and Tiviski others to consider. A high draw is always a bonus at Folkestone, and as Zazous has stall 12, he should make a bold bid to get back to winning ways. John Bridger's five-year-old has been plying his trade on Lingfield's Polytrack of late, running with credit on the fast surface, so will enjoy today's underfoot conditions. In addition, his apprentice pilot takes off a very handy 8lb, and all in all, he looks set to run a big race. Mambazo is not so well drawn in stall five, but is another that has been in good form. However, he is going up the weights and is passed over. Mina has an absence to overcome and also appears to be in the handicapper's grip, while Tiviski looks held by the selection on Lingfield form. For the winner we return to Zazous.
