Verdict

Oliver Sherwood's string is in good nick so we may see a decent racecourse debut from Camden, though he is probably likely to find this a bit sharp and we will take WATER GARDEN to win this on debut. Paul Nicholls is also among the winners and has a 36% strike rate with his bumper runners at this track. The grey is related to winners of hurdles and chases in both France and Ireland and should relish some cut, while the trip looks an ideal starting point. Towcester winner Custer Of The West is much respected but has to try and defy a penalty on much slower ground, while Midies Prince has every chance of improving for his recent debut. Blantyre is related to success over the sticks, and his dam was a bumper winner, so is well worth a market check.
