    Verdict

This is BOSTIN’s level and Dan O’Brien’s gelding arrives in the peak of form and on a hat-trick after victories here and at Plumpton. With stamina not an issue, he may be capable of defying another 5lb rise with Thomas Garner again claiming back 3lb. Blue Rhythm was just caught at Southwell last month and is less exposed. But he’s also 3lb higher, which is a worry. Yukon Delta is still 4lb higher than when winning over course and distance in November but could be a threat if in the mood whereas the others have little to recommend them.
