Verdict

Celtic Tune is the youngest in the line-up and entitled to improve the most though he was beaten 5l by Flugzeug over the track and trip earlier this month and doesn't look to have enough of a pull to reverse the places. The winner ran a shocker at Plumpton a few days later but was carrying a huge weight and should do better here. Winning point-to-pointer Lord Aldervale was beaten around 11l in that earlier race here and is 0-25 under Rules so the vote goes to JACK SNIPE. He didn't show much over hurdles but won a novices' handicap at Taunton on only his second start over fences in December. Finish The Story would have a chance if the ground turns soft as he's a consistent performer at this level.
