Verdict

Joseph O'Brien won this a year ago and winning bumper and hurdler Aeglos is one to note on his chasing bow and though Willie Mullins hasn't won this in 15 years Minella Beau, a maiden hurdle winner at the fixture last year, has a chaser's pedigree and looks certain to win races this season. AH LITTLELUCK was placed in a Grade 3 handicap over hurdles at Aintree in April and made a very encouraging start over fences at Wexford where he led at this trip. He gets the nod as the consistent Round Tower has had a dozen starts over fences and looks exposed. Schmidt is a lightly-raced progressive type who will have found 2m2f on the short side on his chasing bow at Limerick while Its All Guesswork looks a nice prospect for chasing this campaign and would be a threat to all if ready after a long break.
