Verdict

Air Command twice pulled up in heavy ground at the turn of the year but was well supported on better going at Tipperary and showed much more promise. Casual Approach also pulled up on his latest start over hurdles at Bellewstown though he never recovered from being impeded early in the race. He made a very encouraging debut over fences behind Shaneshill at Thurles and should go well here. Draco made an encouraging start over the bigger obstacles at Killarney a couple of weeks ago and it won't be long before he's winning but Theos Well was a bit disappointing at Limerick after a promising chase debut at Ballinrobe in May. The 2013 Cheltenham Champion Bumper winner BRIAR HILL made a blistering start over hurdles where his victories included a Grade 1. He hasn't quite fulfilled that early potential but he's bred for chasing and is taken to make a successful start. The four-year-old filly Tocororo, who has competed at a high level, makes her chasing debut and is one to keep an eye on.
