    In depth

    Verdict

A modest contest but one that can go to Tryandstopme although Prettilini will prove a stout rival this evening. Tryandstopme was third to Bridal Path at Chepstow earlier in the week. Unfortunately the handicapper has not given her any sort of chance to improve with an allocated BHB figure of 71. She does have a sprinkling of early pace so we will gamble that she can get home before the rest. Prettilini looks the danger. Ninth in the Super Sprint, she is another to have problems with the handicapper but we will oppose her on the basis that she has been campaigned over six or seven furlongs rather than the minimum trip only. Follow Me In was very green on racecourse introduction while Danny The Dip has not appeared to be too progressive. Rack and Ruin is best of the rest. Richard Hannon won a similar race to this at Haydock last week and his representative was well backed at Salisbury before ultimately running a stinker on his second start. Tryandstopme is recommended to minimal stakes.
