In depth

Verdict

Welease Bwian and Pretty Bubbles have both won at Chelmsford recently while Elusive Ellen won at Lingfield last month but has yet to score on Turf. Great Expectations was placed at Thirsk last time and Perfect Pastime went close at Brighton on his penultimate start but PETTOCHSDE gets another chance in this. He won twice off similar marks over track and trip last year and Thursday’s second to Pour La Victoire at the track suggests John Bridger’s charge can go in again.
