Verdict

This has been run twice and Jim Bolger has won both. MEAGHER'S FLAG represents the yard here and though he's yet to prove himself on ground this quick his early form of last season plus a promising reappearance suggests he could be very well handicapped. Less Of That has been raised 10lb for a very convincing victory at Tipperary where he was well supported so this looks more difficult while Alcatraz has gone up 3lb for a narrow defeat at Cork and a strike-rate of 1-31 isn't encouraging. His stable-companion Azzuri, whose last three victories have been over fences in the UK, may prove more of a threat while the lightly-raced Faughill made a promising handicap debut at Killarney for which she's been raised 4lb.
