MCMURDO SOUND is a completely different animal to the one who last raced on the level having improved dramatically over timber in the autumn of last year. If he's ready after a break since October he looks outstandingly well handicapped. Screen Diva was staying on strongly over 1m3f at Dundalk last week so it's a surprise to see her back over this shorter trip. Kokoro isn't the most consistent of performers but has run the occasional solid race and goes well fresh while Giant Slalom showed himself to be in good shape with a fine run behind Tsar Paul at Dundalk.
