    Verdict

Kamili ran in Listed and Group 3 company after landing a Curragh maiden on fast ground and though unraced since August is no forlorn hope to see off her younger rivals. New To Town has yet to win but has performed with credit against strong opposition and will take some beating. ESPERE looked very green at Killarney a couple of weeks ago but the champion jockey kept persevering and was rewarded when his mount got well on top in the closing stages. She'll have come on a bundle for the run and can remain unbeaten. Ocean Voyage won on heavy going at Carlisle for Richard Fahey and wasn't beaten far in two later runs at Wolverhampton while Paint won on good going at Bath for Richard Hannon and hasn't had similar ground since.
