    Verdict

A poor race in which Jennifer's Dream, well-treated at the weights, gets the vote over Bazguy. The selection has only had five runs to date but having won well last season she is now struggling off a handicap mark in the eighties. It is no wonder that she is in claimers and the way this one is framed she should go very very close. Wreningham ran well behind Billion Dollar Kid here at the track recently but he is yet to win in 12 starts all told so is passed over, as is Rough Rock who has top-weight to carry as he drops in trip. Bazguy has something to find with Wreningham on that previous clash, and his strike-rate is not exactly exciting. Alan McCabe does well in this grade but his Cheeky Chilli has a bit to find with the principles, and so it is Jennfier's Dream who is selected.
