In depth

Verdict

Linda Perratt runs Tadalavil, who hasn't won for almost four years, and Rock Canyon, whose last success came on this track two years ago. The latter was over 4l behind CLASSY ANNE at Ayr last month and Jim Goldie's filly, who will again be ridden by Jack Garrity, is progressing fast enough to defy a 6lb rise. Fol Hollow's last two victories have come on this track though the latest was on his final start in September while Major Muscari is rarely out of the money unless the ground is heavy which looks a possibility with rain forecast. Greenhead High has won eight races, all but one on the all-weather.
