In depth

Verdict

MARGRETS GIFT should finally lose her maiden tag. She's been showing good speed before finding one too good and the opposition here looks negligible. Poetree In Motion may prove best of them as she was staying on over the minimum trip at Musselburgh last time though Mr McLaren showed a bit of promise despite looking very green at Newcastle and hails from a yard that can do little wrong at present. Straight Gin was narrowly beaten by Orient Class at Catterick but finished a long way behind that winner on his next start at Musselburgh.
