Verdict

CANNY STYLE stepped up to this trip for the first time at Carlisle and gained her first success on her 16th start. She's up 6lb which makes this more difficult but the ground suits and she's taken to go in again. Tectonic also likes the going and is just 2lb higher than when scoring at Ayr last month but Dry Your Eyes has become disappointing and has a strike-rate of 1-23. Sakhalin Star is another who rarely wins and ran poorly at Doncaster last time, though he'd have a chance on his narrow defeat at Ayr in July while Gold Show scored on Tapeta in July and produced a couple of decent efforts before running poorly last time.
