        Verdict

        Hat-trick seeking Brut can land the finale at the expense of Compton Classic and Calypso King. The selection is bidding for win number four of the season after all wins were scored at this track. The last two being back to back and with conditions on his side once more he can go in again. Compton Classic is another seeking a hat-trick and seems to love the tight bends at Musselburgh. He has never looked to have run well here i the past before and for that reason he is side stepped. Calypso King was in the winners enclosre last time out also at Lingfield and comes here in good heart but the soft conditions will not be in his favour so he is easily dismissed. So for the winner we return to Brut.
