Verdict

Sir Mark Prescott won this in 2011 so French import Aleator should be considered having his first start over what could prove a more suitable trip. Pin Up has been staying on strongly over 1m4f, including when runner-up at Newbury, while Dawn Missile has an obvious chance of completing a hat-trick though he's 9lb higher than his victory over 1m4f here a month ago. SECATEUR was conceding the winner 18lb when just failing to hang on over Sandown's stiff track in July then didn't enjoy very testing ground in a Listed contest at Deauville. He has plenty going for him here and Frankie can steer him home. Future Empire has very strong form on fast ground and, providing the going doesn't ease further, he'll make a bold bid to carry his big weight to victory.
