        Verdict

None of those to have raced previously make much appeal with the exposed Tregarron having shown the best form and this may be best left to one of the newcomers with Kaseh getting the vote over Pedrillo. The last mentioned, a gelded son of Singspiel represents the in-form stable of Sir Mark Prescott and has to be respected although the yard's juveniles tend to improve with racing. Gerard Butler's American-bred colt Rydal is another worthy of close inspection in the paddock beforehand but it will be surprising if Kaseh is not forward enough on his debut. Godolphin's Storm Cat colt is out of a top class performer in America and is expected to be good enough to beat these. John Gosden's Free Trip and Munaahej, form the stable of Barry Hills, both disappointed first time up but should be capable of better and are not discounted lightly but Kaseh makes plenty of appeal on breeding and gets the vote.
