    Verdict

MAGICAL MEMORY is the choice as he clearly houses the best overall form profile but cannot be offered up with total confidence after running a very poor race at Royal Ascot when tailed off behind The Tin Man. However, his previous run when second in the Duke of York sets the standard, not to mention stylish successes last term in the Abernant Stakes and the aforementioned Duke of York. That latest run was too bad to be true and he deserves another chance. Kachy is the one expected to take advantage if the selection fails to fire as he has shown to advantage on all three starts this term. notably when close up in the Palace House and Temple Stakes respectively. Sutter County, a typically resilient member of the Mark Johnston army, looks next best.
