Verdict

William Haggas may have been deflated when ACROSS DUBAI (NAP) was beaten at odds-on on his Yarmouth reappearance but the form of that contest now looks strong after the winner, Indian Dandy, went on to run a tremendous race when fourth in the Britannia Stakes at Royal Ascot. The son of Cape Cross looks on a nice weight here and could well prove one to follow for the rest of the campaign. Hugin is a player as he too is lightly-raced and progressive, whilst Baashiq is interesting on his return to action after showing juvenile promise. The remainder are useful but arguably lack the scope of the leading trio.
