Verdict

Malanos was a little disappointing on his reappearance so the less exposed She's Got The Luck may prove the pick of those with experience. But it will be a surprise if one of several well-bred newcomers doesn't come out on top here. Mahmood Al Zarooni saddles the Singspiel gelding Daruband, who is a half-brother to six winners, as well as the Dalakhani colt Nakhutha while John Gosden is responsible for Antarctic, who is from the same family as the useful Glass Harmonium. But the vote goes to Roger Varian's MOMARIS who is by Dubai Destination and a half-brother to Sajjhaa, a Group 3 winner over this trip. He may just be a little further forward than some of the others.
