In depth

Verdict

Chapel House may still be improving but was also entered last night at Towcester. Tyup Pompey likes it here but recent efforts suggest he's on a downward curve now while The Chazer was pulled up at Chepstow earlier this month after a short break having pulled too hard in the early stages. Nobunaga has been eased in the weights but still needs to improve to get off the mark over fences while Nosecond Chance is still 5lb higher than when successful over C&D in November. MON CHEVALIER followed up his Wincanton victory with another sound run off a 10lb higher mark behind Take Of Shoc's at Stratford and is probably the one to beat on that form.
