Astrum, Magnolia Ridge and Endeavor would have a chance in a race like this at their best. Claude Carter has an accomplished amateur doing the steering but he’s only a plater nowadays. BOLLIN LINE sprang a surprise reverting to hurdles at Market Rasen. That was only a seller but this isn’t much better and his rider can claim the full 7lb here. Ashkoun is now 0-15 over hurdles but has been thereabouts the last twice so can’t be ignored.
