Verdict

Lord Of The Land can prevail in a weak start to proceedings, with Tyndarius seen as the main danger. Although without a victory for two years, Lord Of The Land is a triple winner here and showed signs of a return to the winner's enclosure when third to Panmure over two miles. The step up in trip will be in his favour and Edna Slack's charge gets the vote. Tyndarius has to concede weight all round but should appreciate the drop back in trip after his latest effort over further at Aintree. A useful horse in Ireland a few years ago, he can give the selection most to do. The rest are hard to fancy and we are happy to row in with Lord Of The Land.
