Tikkandemickey easily won a handicap here in November but hasn't performed as well subsequently and has a penalty to carry. Factor Fifty landed a Southwell bumper last summer but has been well beaten in similar events and makes his hurdling debut. Lawsons Thorns changed stables after a promising start in a Market Rasen bumper and his pedigree suggests he'll be much more at home jumping hurdles so he's definitely on the short-list. Wilde Pastures was in tremendous form over fences at this time a year ago, completing a hat-trick. He's competed at a high level this season but pulled up in the Castleford Chase at Wetherby over Christmas. SAFE HOME made a successful racecourse debut for Ger Lyons at Gowran last April and was quite highly tried in three subsequent runs. He's just the type John Quinn does so well with and can make a winning start over timber.
