In depth

Verdict

GREENSALT was well beaten when placed in a novices' contest at Haydock and the form hasn't worked out but there's a lack of realistic alternatives so he has to be the choice. Ocean Waves was trained by Ronnie O'Leary when successful in a Carlisle bumper in October. He changed hands for £85,000 but didn't take to hurdling at Wetherby in January. Rascal made no show on his debut at Warwick on New Year's Eve but is expected to make progress while Sheilas Lady may do best of the remainder on her hurdling debut.
