Verdict

Gordon Elliott has undoubtedly found some improvement in recent Perth winner Blake Dean but a higher mark and longer trip are potential problems and he's taken on with PEKANHEIM. Back to form at Cartmel last time, the latter won over hurdles and fences here last year and is back on a winning mark. Formidableopponent won over this trip at Perth but now has a penalty and rarely runs two races alike.
