Leavethelighton and Nine Altars bring winning form between the flags to the table but it’s hard to fancy Play Practice. This should chiefly concern Cultram Abbey and DUHALLOW TORNADO. The former has been beaten under a length in all three starts under Rules this season, including twice here. He gets 2lb from his likely market rival but Chris Pimlott’s impressive Catterick winner is only six and has the greater scope for improvement.
